Advanced Building Industries Company “SENAAT” announces that a final judgment has been issued in favor of Zamil Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services Company, a subsidiary of Zamil Air Conditioners Holding Company, which is, in turn, a subsidiary of “SENAAT”. The judgment upheld the initial judgment ruling to dismiss the lawsuit filed by MIDAD Real Estate Investment and Development Company Ltd. against Zamil Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services, which claimed SAR 376,149,957, in addition to SAR 37,614,957 in legal fees.

The judgment, issued by the Second Appellate Circuit of the Commercial Court in Dammam Case No. (4771949684) and Sak Number (4830491066) on 22/10/2026.
