SENAAT Receives Official Judgment Deed Confirming Dismissal of a SAR 413.8 Million Claim

SENAAT announced that it has received the official judgment deed issued by the Commercial Court in Dammam – Second Circuit, confirming the dismissal of the lawsuit filed by Madad Real Estate Development and Investment Co. Ltd. against Zamil Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services Company, one of the Group’s subsidiaries, which sought approximately SAR 413.8 million.

The Company stated that the outcome represents a positive result that reinforces the Group’s legal position and reflects the strength of its governance and legal framework.
